  • Professional Wish List With Tell A Friend And Inventory Control
    Now shoppers have the ability to create a wish list and share their wish list with friends and family members.  Our wish list is unique by notifying a shopper if the product is nolonger available to purchase or the product has become backordered since adding it to their wish list.   90% of all shopping carts used today allow a customer to purchase a product that is sold out or backordered creating animosity between the shopper and the merchant.
     
  •   Review Search Patterns And See Exactly What Shopper Are Searching On

    InstaOrder now has the capabilities to automatically upload products to Froogle with one click of a button.  To list your products on Froogle, Froogle requires your product information to be placed in a specific order and then uploaded to their site.  This information consists of a small image, price, description, URL of product and category.  With InstaOrder, all of this information can be directly uploaded to Froogle without having to manual create the file and upload it to them.  Click on the button "Update Froogle" and ba-da-bing - your done.
  • M.O.M. (Mail Order Manager) Integration

    Just like Mail Order Manager (M.O.M.) InstaOrder is able to export order information suitable to import into QuickBooks. Customers that use QuickBooks will find this very rewarding in saving time to enter order information directly into QuickBooks.

    The InstaOrder shopping cart / catalog system is written in several programming languages and allows any developer the ability to customize the look and feel and the operations of the shopping cart.  Because we own the source code, your imagination is the only limit.  We also work with your developers in designing and supporting your store.   • Secured Merchant Control Panel
    Our Merchant Control Panel is the backend of InstaOrder and is where you login to review and process orders. This control panel is secured by multiple user access levels and is also secured to allow only certain IP addresses access.  The control panel is very user friendly.
     
  • Real Time Credit Card Authorization
    Processing orders over the internet may require that you have real time credit card authorization.  InstaOrder supports a number of Payment Gateways such as Verisign PayFlow Pro, Authorize.net and PayPal.  If your customer accidentally puts in their wrong credit card information, the user is prompted again to please reenter their information, unlike other shopping carts that have you start over again.

  • Credit Card Fraud Detection and Protection
    InstaOrder works with Verisign Payment Services Fraud Services and has a built in fraud detection system as well.  The Verisign Fraud Service only works if you are using real time credit card authorizations.  Our internal fraud detection allows you to catch multiple fraud orders and flag orders where the order information is similar to past fraudulent orders.  All of our merchants are connected into the same fraud database thus if one merchant has received a fraudulent order, this information can be used by all of our merchants to make sure a fraud order is caught before shipping.

    InstaOrder has a built in inventory control system that automatically removes the product from your store when the product is sold out.   Inventory options for specific products consist of
     "On", "Off", or "Not used". 
     
  • Real Time Shipping Rates
    InstaOrder connects into three different shipping carriers to obtain shipping information. This information is gathered in real-time, and allows you to add an additional handling charge from the rates returned before the rates are shown to the customer.  You can adjust your shipping rates by adding additional handling charges or increasing the weight of a particular product.
     
  • UPS and FedEx Tracking
    When tracking numbers are entered / imported into InstaOrder, the customer has the ability to login to his/her account and check the status of their order using UPS and FedEx shipping services.  If a tracking number is available, the customer can then check and track their order without having to call you for tracking information.
     

  • Customer Account
    Customers who frequently shop at your site can now login and check the status of their order, change their billing and shipping information, cancel an order and lookup past orders.  The customer can also save multiple shipping addresses such as "Home Address", "Mom and Dad's house" etc...
     
  • U.S. Tax Rate Calculations
    InstaOrder calculates U.S sales tax based on the tax amount that you have entered into the backend for that specific state.  You can change these tax rates or be notified when tax rates change.

  • Product Search Engine

    InstaOrder has the ability to allow customers to purchase a product that is backordered.  Merchants have the ability to customize backorder "dates" and "title" detailing to the customer when the product will be back in-stock or which specific option of a product is backordered.
     
  • Product Reorder Notification
    InstaOrder allows a merchant to be notified when a specific product needs to be reordered. Notifications can be sent via email, SMS Messaging or Fax.

  • Shipping Notifications
    When the order has been marked shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation of their purchase by an email message / email receipt stating the order has been shipped along with the date and time and the tracking number that was entered. This can be turned on or off depending if you use UPS or FedEx.
     
  • Multiple Department Levels
    InstaOrder allows you to have multiple departmental levels for listing your products. You can have one item in many departments.  You can also sort each department level.  For example, you could display the "Holidays Specials" at the top during a certain holiday by setting the sort order.
     
  • Customer Loyalty Program
    InstaOrder is able to determine who your loyal customers are. The customers that return to your site and shop.   You could send the top 100 customers a coupon for 10% or 15% off their next purchase. Our next release will automatically add a discount for customers that have shopped over a certain amount of times, giving them more incentive to continue to shop at your site.
     
  • Tell A Friend
    InstaOrder allows you to tell a friend about a particular product.  When a customer clicks on
    "Tell a Friend", they are prompted with a friends name and email address.  Most ecommerce software already has this ability, however we have gone the extra step and to program if the receiving person can read email via HTML, then to display the product page, with a purchase button, in the email message allowing the email recipient to purchase the product directly from an email. If the person uses AOL or HotMail text based email systems, the email is then displayed as text with a hyperlink to the product page on your web site where they can purchase the product.
     
  • How did you find us
    InstaOrder has the ability to prompt the customer for "How did you find us?". This information is saved and displayed in reports and referenced by the type of advertising promotions created.  This information can also be crossed referenced with actual referring URL's to validate the data.
     
  • Affiliate Tracking
    InstaOrder allows you to create multiple affiliate tracking identifications for web sites that promote your site or products. These advertising identification numbers are used to track sales, abandoned carts and returning customers from third party sites.  Affiliate users can also login and review their statistics, referring customers, sales and abandoned carts.
     
  • Pay Per click Advertising Support
    InstaOrder is able to track third party click-through (CTR) from sites such as Overture, Google and Microsoft's new search engine.  You can see which keywords or advertisements bring in the highest ROI and which ones are less active.  There is nothing worse than seeing your pay per click rate rise and wonder if you should continue to pay the new rate or stay at the same rate and be listed a little lower.
     
     
  • Marketing Promotions
    InstaOrder allows you to create different marketing and promotion sales and track the results of these sales.  You can create promotions for returning customers, free shipping or even 5% off your entire shopping cart.  Marketing and promotions is a great way to get more people to your web site and track the results (success or failures) of each promotion.
     
  • Product Up-sell
    InstaOrder allows you to create product up-sells from one product to another, or from one department of products to another department of products. You can also show certain products on just the shopping cart screen, and show other products else where.  "Customers who purchased this product have also purchased this" is a great way to up-sell additional products to your customer that otherwise they would not know about.
     
  • Customized for Sport Teams
    InstaOrder has a module that allows you to create products like a personalized sports jersey, and give the customer the ability to enter a name and number of there favorite player.  The customer is then able to preview how the name and number will look on the particular jersey before ordering.
    This feature can be used for any product that requires engravings or customization.

     
  • Content Manager
    InstaOrder has a limited Content Manager module that allows you to change the content on certain pages without knowing any HTML.  Even though this is not a full blown content management system, it gives you the ability to change text, graphics, etc... of certain pages.  It is limited in that it does not have the ability to link to other pages or display certain content at certain times like other more sophisticated content management systems.
     
  • SoEditor Integration (HTML Editor)
    In searching for an easier way to create HTML text for specific products or departments, we enlisted the help from SiteObjects and their product called soEditor. soEditor turns an ordinary <textarea> form field into a dynamic What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get (WYSIWYG) browser-based HTML editor.  The soEditor adds comprehensive word processor-like features to your products and department listing pages. The  soEditor makes it possible for you to create, edit
    and maintain web content without the need for HTML knowledge or programming expertise.

  • Coupons and Promotions
    InstaOrder allows you to create coupons for a particular product or department of products. You can also create a coupon for free shipping or free taxes.  You are also able to track the effectiveness of each coupon to determine how many new customer and repeat customers used the coupon for purchasing.
     
  • Merchant User Levels
    InstaOrder allows you to create multiple usernames and access privileges for office personnel.  Personnel in the shipping department are not allowed to see specific purchasing information such as credit card numbers or customer private information.  You are also able to track who received or reviewed a particular order and who shipped a particular order.  This is ideal to help quality control.
     
  • Export orders to PDF
    InstaOrder allows you to export order information into a secured Adobe Acrobat
    ® file that you can use to download and print off your orders.  This is ideal for customers that do not have an order processing system such as M.O.M. or QuickBooks.
